How to Return Your Product
- Generate a Return Label

- Enter your zipcode and track & trace code to proceed.
- Prepare Your Return Package
- Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- The barcode label must be attached to the item.
- Use the original box provided by LifeDeals to pack the product securely.
- Ship Your Return
- Print and attach the return label to your package.
- Drop off the package at your local postal office.
- The return address is automatically printed on the label.
- The return fee is paid after scanning the label at the postal office.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The barcode label must be intact and attached to the product.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the return.
- We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalized items.
