Warranty Policy LifeDeals B.V.

At LifeDeals B.V. we attach great importance to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. That is why we have a warranty policy that complies with European legislation.

Legal warranty

In the European Union, a legal warranty period of two years applies to products that you buy from us. This means that a product must function properly under normal use. If the product becomes defective within this period as a result of a manufacturing error, you are entitled to free repair, replacement or, in some cases, reimbursement.

What is covered by the warranty?

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects and defects that occur during normal use.
  • Products that do not meet the reasonable expectations that you may have of them.
  • Parts that are essential for the functioning of the product.
  • What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Wear and tear due to normal use.
  • Damage due to incorrect use, accidents or negligence.
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by third parties without our permission.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as moisture, fire or extreme temperatures.

How to use the warranty?

If you have a problem with a product you purchased from us, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service via info@lifedeals.com. State your order number and describe the problem.
  • We will assess the situation and let you know whether you are entitled to a warranty.
  • Depending on the situation, we will offer a solution such as repair, replacement or refund.

Extended warranty (if applicable)

For some products we offer an extended warranty period or an extended warranty. If this applies, it is stated on the product page or in the purchase confirmation.

Returns and right of withdrawal

In addition to the warranty, as a consumer in the EU you have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal. We have extended this to 100 days. This means that you can return a product within 100 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided that it is unused and in its original condition.
